Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Overview
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they’re received. Any damage that occurs before delivery is the responsibility of Whychic or its logistics partners. If you have any questions after receiving your order, our support team is here to help.
2. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Current shipping offers and thresholds are shown clearly at checkout and may change from time to time.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
• Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, holidays, or local carrier disruptions. For unexpected delays, please contact support@whychic.com.
4. Order Changes
For security and fraud-prevention reasons, orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Return Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• How to Start: To request a return, please email support@whychic.com with your Order Number (e.g., #WHC-1234) and photos of the item.
• Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the conditions above.
