Returns & Refunds Policy
By placing an order on the Whychic.com store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy is valid for 90 days from the date of delivery. If more than 90 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at Support@whychic.com and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once received, our Operations Team will review the evidence to confirm the claim.
If the claim is approved and reported within 90 days of delivery, a refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Returns or Exchanges (Customer Preference)
If you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order for:
- Store credit
- A replacement product
- A refund to the original payment method
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Terms & Conditions
We accept returns only for items that were shipped by us and are confirmed to be faulty due to our error (for example, wrong item sent or item damaged during transit).
Returned items must include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Certain health and personal care items

Return Shipping
- Returns due to product defects or our error: return shipping is free.
- Returns due to customer preference: return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as processing may take 2–5 business days.
If you have completed all steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@whychic.com.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
